  • Construction and Remodeling Projects: To cancel or reschedule a project, we require a minimum notice of 7 days before the scheduled start date. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 7 days notice may be subject to a cancellation fee not exceeding 10% of the initial deposit.
  • Maintenance and Repair Services: For maintenance and repair services, we require a cancellation notice of at least 48 hours. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the estimated cost of the service.

Refunds:

  • Deposits: Deposits for construction and remodeling projects are generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional cases where a project is canceled well before the start date and no expenses have been incurred by Adrian’s Pro Pools, a partial or full refund of the deposit may be considered at the company’s discretion.
  • Completed Services: Refunds are not offered for services that have already been completed. If the work performed does not meet your expectations, please contact us to discuss how we can resolve any issues.

Service Modifications:

If you need to modify the scope or details of a scheduled service, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes without additional costs, but this may not always be possible depending on the nature and status of the project.
